1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AgroMatch system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this system.

2. User Accounts

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Role-Based Access

Access to system features is determined by your assigned role (Admin, Farmer, Marketer, Cashier, Accounting, Buyer). You must not attempt to access features outside your designated role.

4. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data they enter into the system, including crop listings, delivery records, pricing information, and invoices.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or tamper with any records in the system. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected by AgroMatch is used solely for system operation and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. System Availability

AgroMatch does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the system. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Modifications

AgroMatch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
